Sorry, that it took me so long! Here is the beginning: Moony, Wormtail, Padfoot and Prongs Chapter 1 – A New Beginning James lay in his bed. He was still awake , although it was very late already. Another day had passed without receiving the letter he had been waiting for for the whole summer holidays. By the time he bagan to wonder if he had been simply forgotten. No, that couldn’t be! He was the child of a wizardfamily. But his parents were dead. Some said it had been murder, but it had never been proven what had really happened. James had been about five years old and he could hardly remember his parents. He knew that his father had been quite strict, but very kind though. He remembered his mother as a beautiful woman. Beautiful … but sad. She had never cried, but she had never really smiled either. It was as if she knew that something terrible would have to happen to her son. And she had been a little weird too. He had once heard how somebody said she was a Seer, but James couldn’t believe that. During the time he had spent with his mother, she had never made a prediction. After James’s parents had died, a nice woman had taken him. It wasn’t any woman. The Ministry of Magic itself had searched for a woman who had connections to the magic world. Miriam Jorkins herself wasn’t a witch, but her sister, Venus, and her daughter Bertha, were both witches. Over the years, James had started to call Miriam ‘aunt’ because she was always very kind and he really liked her. She was used to the strange things that happened in James’s company, but on the other side she had never been to Diagon Alley and she also wasn’t used to Owl post or the Floo Network.. The Ministry didn’t want to take any risk, so he wasn’t allowed to go to Diagon Alley himself or possess any magical things. So James hadn’t been in touch with the world he loved and missed so much for about six years. Except for the two visits at Venus’s house, but the last time he had seen them, was 3 years ago. Venus’s daughter Bertha was some years older than James, but he didn’t like her very much. She was – and there are no other words – stupid. And one could never tell her anything what she didn’t tell to another person, when one was far enough away. So, he didn’t find it that bad, that there weren’t any visits scheduled for the next time. I hope you like it.

So, here's the next part: At primaryschool James could talk with nobody about his parents or anything else concerning this. There were three simple reasons for that. Firstly (yes, you’ve guessed it): The Minister of Magic himself had forbidden him to tell any Muggle about his parents. So he kept telling his classmates they had died when the train they were sitting in had run off the rails. When James thought about it, it didn’t seem to be that impossible to him. After all, he didn’t know how they had died, because nobody had ever found their bodies. They had gone out one morning and wanted to be back in the evening. But they hadn’t returned. At first an uncle of James’s had looked after him, but one morning he was gone too. James only found a note which was written by someone but James had never seen this writing before (and it was definitely not his uncle’s writing). The note consisted of only one sentence: ‘You won’t see him again!’ And the Ministry had tried to hush it up. (Typical for the Ministry, isn’t it? ;-) ) Seondly: James didn’t want to tell everybody. It wasn’ their business, so he didn’t bother to tell them everything. Thirdly: All of his classmates thought he was a bit crazy because of the unexplainable things which happened around him. For example, the chair of his least favourite teacher had vanished once when she had wanted to sit down. Unfortunately, James had just passed her, so she thought James had grabbed it and she had given him detention for a week... The next part is coming soon, mates!

Here it is: *ahem* So there was hardly somebody James could talk to. Except his ‘aunt’ of course and a boy called Peter Pettigrew. Peter went to school with him and was the only one who spent time with James. But James didn’t mind being alone. He had been alone quite often even when his parents were still alive. James had never been able to figure out why they had left him alone so often.
But he hoped that he would lose this feeling of loneliness when he went to Hogwarts. James still hoped that Peter would somehow get the letter from Hogwarts too. For him Hogwarts wouldn’t be Hogwarts if Peter had to stay here in London.
Finally, James fell asleep. If he hadn’t he might have heard his aunt telling a man: ‘I can’t hide the letters any longer. He’s already a bit suspicious. He knows that there is a letter for him.’ ‘You can give him the letter tomorrow. I’ve done all the preparations. We’ll meet later then, I guess’, the stranger answered in a deep voice. ‘I’ll be waiting.’ He nodded shortly and then Disapparated.
* * * James stood on a field. It was cold and there was a light breeze. He just stood there, until a man and a woman appeared suddenly. It seemed that the woman wanted to tell James something, but no sound came out of her mouth. The man stood next to her and looked at him sadly. James wanted to run to them, but his legs wouldn’t move. Then about 10 figures with masks over their faces grabbed the man and the woman. They started fighting, but they didn’t have a chance. James wanted to help, but he couldn’t. While they were led away, the man threw an owl in the air. It flew towards James, but something which looked like a huge hand prevented it from reaching James. The owl turned rouned and disappeared in the darkness. Before the woman got out of sight too, she said: ‘James!’ I think this part is quite stupid and what do you think?
