This is a Jack story, and I'm making it up as I go along, so if it sucks just tell me and I'll try to be a little more organized next time. Here are the ratings and all that other copy-right crap that I have to do:
Title: Sparrow's Island
Rating: PG-13 MAYBE R later on!!! I have warned you!
Genre: Action\adventure humor, romance (basically whatever my mind will throw at you. . .
Summary: A time warp throws me somewhere in the 1700s on an island somewhere in the Caribbean. . .well, can't give away too much of the plot, so just read it OK. ..
PS: My name is NOT Rae! I just like the name and I hate mine, so I'm using it. By the way, my character's last name is Hilton. Kind of like Paris Hilton, but not.
So OK, let's get started!

Chapter 1: The Storm
I felt something wet hit my head and looked up at the sky. All I saw was black storm clouds headed in the direction of my house. "Oh no," I thought. "It's about a mile until I can get home. I'll never make it!"
The last day of school was over, I had missed the bus, got an F on my test, and now it was raining. I couldn't call my mom, she was on holiday somewhere in Austrailia, and my dad was on a business trip in New Jersey for a whole week.
Since there was no chance of getting home before the storm hit, I looked around for a place to stay. A flash of lightning lit up an old house, one I recognized as the olden. That house was supposed to be haunted, but I didn't mind.
My friends, Natalie, Lindsay, Angela, and I were always playing The Adventures of Tom Sawyer in that house. Natalie was always Tom, Lindsay was always Joe, Angela was always Huck, and I was always Injun Joe. I always loved to be the murderer.
And another one of our obssessions was pirates. Yes, we love all of the old pirate movies, and the latest one was POTC. We had all fallen in love with Johnny Depp. My hopes of meeting Captain Jack Sparrow one day were bashed. Everyone knew he wasn't real. And I believed he was.
"What are you doing?" A voice made me jump. I turned around suddenly to find Natalie. Alone.
"Where are Lindsay and Angela?" I asked.
"Well, they were the lucky souls to catch the bus, " she said.
"I was thinking about spending the night in the old Holden house," I exclaimed, dropping the subject.
"Seein' as we both have missed the bus," she said, putting on her best Tom Sawyer voice, which was actually quite good, "I reckon I'll spend the night with you."
I had no objection to that, and we ran to the house without a word right when it started pouring.
************ We made our beds out of the straw that bedded the floor. Neither one of us knew how it got there in the first place, and I don't recko either of us cared much. It made a nice warm bed on stormy nights.
The storm grew worse as the night wore on, and pretty soon, we could only count to 1 mississsippi before another clap of thunder sounded. We started to get scared.
"Do you think-"
But I never got the chance to hear the rest of what Nat had to say, because just then, a bolt of lightning struck the house.
I felt the electricity surge through my body as we both looked at eachother in horror. We were sure we were goners when. . . .
****************** To be continued. . .I just love cliffhangers!
Please reply! I promise you Jack will come in soon! And by the way, Natalie is actually a very good friend of mine, and we did star in a play together, and she was Tom and I was Injun Joe. Just for u if u were wondering. . .
Hope you like my story!

Chapter 2.
. . .we found ourselves lying facedown in the white sand. I looked up slowly. The place I was in came in and out of focus. I stood up and felt the blood rush to my head. I felt weak, tired, and dizzy.
As I regained my strength, I scanned mt surroundings. Natalie was laying on the beach, out cold. I quickly ran up to her and checked for a pulse. Her heart was still beating.
Suddenly, she woke up with a start, scaring me half to death. "Where am I?" she inquired. "now that, " I said thoughtfully, "we have yet to find out. "Come on." I helped her to a standing position. She brushed the sand from her eyes and looked around. he ocean waves beat softly upon the white sand. Palm trees were everywhere.
" You know what this looks like?" she said. I fixed her with an inquisitive look. I looked around and took it in. "wow!" I suddenly exclaimed. "This looks like that island Jack was stranded on in POTC!"
"But we couldn't be that lucky! I mean. . .even if this is, you know, the REAL island, there's about one in a 100,000,000 chances that our dear Captain is here."
"Well, there's only one way to find out," I said. "If we can find the rum stash, then this is definitly Jack's island!"
And so we set off. "I think I remember where the rum is," she said. "We've seen the movie enough." I added. I muttered a few things to myself to see if I could remember where it was. It was really hard to remember, because the camera angles change a lot. And we were to busy looking at Jack to give a damn where the rum was. Anyway, with some help from Nat, we found the spot where it should be hidden.
"Here it goes," I said, brushing some sand away. "Yes!" I said. I had uncovered an old, wooden trap door. "Just to make sure," Nat said, "We better open it. This could just be a coincedense." She opened it with some difficulty and help from me, to find bottles and bottles of rum, dusty and undisturbed, lined up in endless little rows. There were three or so bottles missing from the lot.
"Well, it sure isn't a coincedence that we're on this island. Someone wanted us to be here. Not that I have any complaints," I added with a smile.
"We better not mess with his rum any longer," I said. "That won't make a very good impression if he finds us taking his rum."
"Let's make a deal," she said. "If we ever find him, then we let each other know everything that he says to us. Let there be no secrets."
I thought it over quickly and replied, "Deal, but don't get mad at me if I kiss him first," I said, joking. Apparently, she took that as a serious comment, and only blushed.
"And what do we have here?" a harsh voice said.

Who can guess? Is it Jack or just another unfriendly rogue? Find out when I post Chapt. 3!
