lol, no! You're thinking of Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron. Spirited Away is nothing like that!

I love Spirited Away Quick story:
A girl (who has voiced Lilo (lilo and Stitch) and plays Samara from the Ring) and her parents move to a new town. The father makes a wrong turn and they find a tunnel. They go through it and find a little town. No body is around, not one sign of life. The parents sit at a cafe (thing) and start to eat. The little girl told them no and left to explore. It grows dark and spirits come and the town lights up. She runs to find her parents but find pigs in their clothes and STILL eating.
An evil witch takes away her name and gives her then name of Sin (or Cin take your pick). She is controlled to stay and work at a bath house where spirits go to relax.
There are books about the movie. So great! Love it! I will post pictures when I can.

It's alright, I didn't know either.
And it is Sin or Cin (sounds the same) I think you are thinking about Zin (her friend)
