It's based on Shakespear's The taming of the shrew.
There are two sisters, Catharina and Bianca and Bianca is only allowed to go out when Catharina goes out as well. But Catharina doesn't want to go. Then there's a new guy at school, Camaron, and he wants to go out with Bianca, so he hires Patrick to go out with Catharina, so that he can go out with Bianca, but Bianca is interested in another guy. ;D
It's a really great movie.
