Has anyone seen that movie? It's fantastic! I loved watching it, not scary to me one bit.

Well, now, lassie, if it's scary movies you're cravin', allow me to suggest a few...and if you've seen any of 'em, let me know what you think of 'em!
In no particular order other than as they come to me:
1. The Thing - make sure it's the 1951 version! not scary, at least not by today's standards, but still truly worth a watch. One of my faves to this day.
2. Prince of Darkness - you'll catch yourself looking twice in any mirrors after watching THIS baby. Awesome flic. John Carpenter's finest in my humble opinion.
3. The Hills Have Eyes - if ya haven't caught this one yet, allow me to sum it up...Whoa!!!! Just the guy's LOOK is scary enough!
4. Salem's Lot - Don't know if this one's even still available. Based on Stephen King's book of same title, stars David Soul (Hutch on the old 'Starsky and Hutch' TV show). The scene with that poor slob trapped in the jail...STILL makes me jump and I know it's coming!!
5. In the Mouth of Madness - this one's freaky as all get out! Is he mad or is he not?? Totally different style for Sam Neil, but he's fantastic in it!
6. Night of the Living Dead - always a classic, never get tired of this one. I heard earlier today that there's a remake of 'Dawn of the Dead' coming out that has peaked my interest.
7. Phantasm I or II - I don't find these things scary, I actually think they're hilarious. Good gore fests, though, so definitely worth a look.
8. From Dusk to Dawn - George Clooney and Quentin Tarantino are an interesting pair of thugs. Again, a great gore fest!
9. Seven - If you haven't seen this one, you're missing a truly incredible movie. Twisted, dark, and gory!
And last but certainly not least...
10. House of 1000 Corpses - Rob Zombie's brainchild and first offering for the cinema. He's a huge fan of the 'Texas Chainsaw Massacre' movies, and even though I can't STAND those things (they're too ridiculous for words!), I truly enjoyed Rob's flic. Rumour has it that he's hard at it to crank out another movie, but we'll have to wait and see.
Enjoy! ;D

Oh and I love texas chainsaw massacre! I the newer version of that on dvd! It's based on a true story! That's what scares me. But other than that, it wasnt scary!
